Liberty Hall Historic Site
Liberty Hall Historic Site consists of two historic houses—Liberty Hall and the Orlando Brown House—surrounded by four acres of lawns and gardens. It serves the public through the exploration of collections and stories that illustrate life in an early Kentucky town and demonstrates their relationship to today’s world. The site was owned by Senator John Brown and his family. John Brown served Kentucky for over twenty years as a lawyer, congressman, and United States Senator.
The grounds are offered for private rentals, including wedding ceremonies, receptions, rehearsal dinners, family reunions, dance recitals, classes and other special events. For more information please email Jerrica Zuniga
LHHS is owned and operated by The National Society of The Colonial Dames of America in The Commonwealth of Kentucky. The Orlando Brown House at Liberty Hall Historic Site serves as the headquarters of The NSCDA-KY.
