Winter aconite (Eranthis hyemalis) - dormant

An ephemeral and winter blooming delight, easily grown under deciduous trees that have plenty of light in early spring and increasing shade as weather warms. Sold dormant.

These plants are sold dormant. They will be in plastic bags with straw and dirt, do not allow the tubers to dry out before planting. Plant with root hairs down, two to three inches deep. They will emerge and bloom next year in late winter.
