Blue Star (Amsonia tabernae-montana)

A reliable champion in the garden, Blue Star is a perennial anchor plant. One of the first to break dormancy in the spring and offering wonderful autumn color in the fall this plant offers a 3-season backdrop of long elegant foliage. Soft blue flowers will bloom in late spring into early summer. These plants come from divisions in our 4-Square garden allee. Best grown in full sun to part shade, will tolerate a variety of soils and conditions. 

This plant is sold as a division from our garden. It may be look wilted at first from transplant shock but will perk up once planted and watered in the ground. Do not allow the roots to dry out before planting.
